Pet dog world currently ships to the United Kingdom

We work closely with our trade partners who produce fabulous personalised gifts for dog’s and their owners.

Standard Delivery is included in the price you see.

Delivery Times

As these items are made to order and personalised, production time can vary for each product depending on the work involved.

Estimated dispatch times will be provided in each product description.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive after you have been notified of dispatch.

Items Not Received

If an item doesn’t arrive, please contact us at hello@petdogworld.co.uk.  We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

Returns & Refunds

Because personalised gifts are custom made for you, they are non-returnable and will also not be replaced or refunded if a personalisation error has been made on your part. Another item will need to be ordered and paid for.

Our suppliers always try to ensure the products are sent out in perfect condition, however, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as damage in the post, an error with the product or it is faulty, then please do contact us at hello@petdogworld.co.uk right away so that we can resolve the issue.

*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.
